By booking any service with Vicky Tours Udaipur, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Vicky Tours Udaipur provides the following services:
 

  • Taxi Services: 24 Hours / 7 Days a Week.

  • Bike Rentals: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Pickup & Drop-off). Models available include Honda Activa, Suzuki Access 125, and Ntorq. Rentals are for city scooters, best for local travel and short rides.

  • Car Rentals: Luxury cars, buses, and wedding heritage vehicles.

  • Tour Packages: Customized tours for families, couples, solo travelers, and wedding guests.

  • Airport Transfer Service: 24/7 availability.

3. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) has been received.
 

  • Pricing: Prices for services are as quoted at the time of booking. We strive for transparent pricing with no hidden charges.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods. Details will be provided during the booking process.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Generally, refunds may be subject to administrative fees or non-refundable deposits.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking or using our services.

  • Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while using our services, especially regarding traffic laws for bike and car rentals.
     

  • Vehicle Care (for Rentals): For bike and car rentals, you are responsible for the care of the vehicle and must return it in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Any damages caused due to negligence or misuse will be charged to you.

  • Safety: You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your companions during tours and rentals. We recommend wearing helmets for bike rentals and following all safety instructions.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Service Availability: While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
     

  • Third-Party Services: We may use third-party service providers for certain aspects of our operations (e.g., payment processing). We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties.
     

  • Limitation of Liability: Vicky Tours Udaipur shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
